01 - Kenna Pinkston & Stephen Beck

Are the biological parents of the two minor children being held captive by Jesse & LouAnne Pinkston. They stole these children from Kenna and Stephen in 2014 in attempt to exert power over their daughter, Kenna.

02 - Jesse & LouAnne Pinkston

Committed felony perjury to steal these children. They have lied to everyone. They lied to their lawyer, David Gene (https://www.geanlaw.com/attorney/david-c-gean/), they lied to the courts, and worst of all, when it didn’t go as planned for them, they decided to steal the identity of two innocent girls, and lie to them too. As of today, these children do not know who they are.

03 - Fraudulent Adoption was Committed

On August 16th of 2016. Jesse and LouAnne Pinkston STOLE these children in broad daylight. Kenna, the biological mother, was in constant communication with Jesse & LouAnne. There is a legal requirement to notify someone when you intend to adopt their children. LouAnne (Satan) Pinkston saw to it that such notifications were never received by Kenna. Jesse and LouAnne lied to the courts under penalty of perjury to use their daughter’s children as pawns.

04 - Arkansas’s Backwards Laws

Are providing protection to Jesse & LouAnne, and other low pieces of scum just like them. Arkansas Statue 9-9-216(b) reads the following: Subject to the disposition of an appeal, upon the expiration of one (1) year after an adoption decree is issued, the decree cannot be questioned by any person including the petitioner, in any manner upon any ground, including fraud, misrepresentation, failure to give any required notice, or lack of jurisdiction of the parties or of the subject matter unless, in the case of the adoption of a minor, the petitioner has not taken custody of the minor or, in the case of the adoption of an adult, the adult had no knowledge of the decree within the one-year period. Now that’s scary. Here we see the State of Arkansas saying that someone can fraudulently steal your children, and if that paperwork can fly under the radar for 12 months, that’s it. They now have custody of your kids and no questions can be asked even under a pretense of fraud.

05 - We will deliver justice

It is our core mission to change these laws for the benefit of everyone who has fallen victim to them. It is also our mission to deliver justice. Nowhere in the United States should someone be able to steal children under perjury and get away with it. In our opinion and the opinion of many others, such actions should carry criminal penalty, and there should be no statue of limitations on fraudulent adoption cases. We believe lying in adoption proceedings should be a very serious Class Y Felony, and we will not stop petitioning for this change until Jesse and LouAnne Pinkston are behind prison walls where they belong.
